When you submit a contact form, we process the name, contact details, preferred reply method, message, and property or moving information you provide to respond to your inquiry. The website sends that information through Resend to kellymatelic@yahoo.com. We do not save form submissions in a website database or browser storage. Resend and the recipient's email provider may retain message contents and delivery records according to their services and account settings; the team may retain correspondence to handle your inquiry and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The owner dashboard stores draft website content in the owner's browser. A necessary, HTTP-only cookie authenticates dashboard access for up to four hours; it does not track public visitors.
We also count page views, link, call and text clicks, and successfully submitted requests to understand website performance. Cloudflare D1 stores random visitor and session identifiers, event dates, page paths, navigation between pages, traffic-source categories and event categories. These reports exclude names, contact details, form contents and full referring URLs. A first-party browser identifier lasts up to 30 days; sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and are separate per browser tab. These identifiers estimate browsers, not identified people. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables browser analytics. You can also clear this site’s browser storage to remove its local identifiers.
When you contact us directly
If you call, email, or text Park Avenue Realty, you choose to provide information through your device and communications provider so the team can respond. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment information, account credentials, or other highly sensitive information through this website, text message, or ordinary email.
Technology and outside services
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages. Submission limits use a hashed IP address to help prevent abuse. Resend processes submitted contact details and messages for email delivery to our team. We do not add visitor accounts, advertising pixels, automated marketing subscriptions, or a shared lead database. Residential illustrations and team and office photographs are served with this website. Equal Housing Opportunity artwork is loaded from HUD, which may receive ordinary request information. External services have their own privacy practices.
